| Your Plymouth Fire Company No. 1 (Montco 43) were kept busy over the last week responding to several calls for services.
On Tuesday 4/14 the company was dispatched at 17:10 hours to the 2000 block of Hannah Ave in East Norriton to assist on a reported building fire. Companies found a working apartment fire upon arrival. Ladder and Utility 43 with a crew of 8 responded as a RIT team on the working fire dispatch.
On Friday evening 4/17, station 43 were dispatched to the unit block of Corson Road in Whitemarsh Township to assist on a reported dwelling fire. Ladder and Chief 43 responded arriving as the first due truck company. The operator threw the main to the roof while the crew checked the roof and opened up on the interior. A small fire was found within a window and wall area and was quickly extinguished with no further extension. The company operated just over and hour before returning. |
