At 14:49 hours, your Plymouth Fire Company No. 1 (Montco 43) volunteers and career staff responded to the unit block of W. 4th Street I'm Bridgeport Borough to assist the Bridgeport Fire Department on a commercial building fire.

Rescue and Chief 43 with a crew of 4 responded as the Rapid Intervention Team. BFD units arrived to find a working kitchen fire in a third floor apartment and extinguished the same. Command placed the fire under control quickly with no reported injuries to any residents or first responders.

The crew of Rescue 43 arrived and stood by as the RIT before assisting with salvage in several bottom floor apartments affected by smoke and water damage. Station 43 was then released by command and available by 15:30 hours.
