| At 09:42 hours this morning, the Plymouth Fire Company No. 1 (Montco 43) volunteers and career staff were dispatched to the 200 block of Stanbridge Street to assist the Norristown Fire Department on a reported dwelling fire.
Station 27 units arrived and reported a 3 story twin with fire showing. Ladder 43 with 4 responded and arrived assuming the 1st due truck company. The crew went in service completing primary searches in the attached exposure as well as checking for fire extension and ventilation.
First arriving engine companies had the bulk of the fire knocked down quickly. Ladder 43 remained on scene assisting with overhaul in the original fire building until being released by command. Station 43 was clear and available by 11:00 hours.
