Last evening your Plymouth Fire Company No. 1 (Montco 43) volunteers ventured to the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety's training academy for their weekly drill night. The evening's focus was engine company operations with live fire, commonly referred to as a "live burn."

Station 43 personnel broke up into crews and conducted several live fire evolutions in multiple rooms. Crews honed their skills in establishing a positive water supply and deploying multiple lengths of attack lines to extinguish the fire rooms while focusing on standard operating guidelines and regional operations group procedures for the 1st due engine company.

We're training every Tuesday night at 7:00PM. Interested in learning more on how you can volunteer with us and give back to your community? Stop by our station at 1323 Colwell Lane or visit our website at www.Plymouthfc.org for more information and to download a membership application!
