The volunteers of the Plymouth Fire Company No. 1 (Montco 43) are pleased to announce that during this last month's April Council Meeting the representatives of Plymouth Township Council unanimously approved and adopted an ordinance that will grant a tax rebate to the volunteers of both township fire companies and volunteer EMS providers!

This ordinance will use a point based system to repay the volunteers of the Plymouth and Harmonville Fire Companies operational and administrative members between 10% to 100% of their municipal real estate taxes as an incentive to promote continued recruitment of new volunteers and retention of our current personnel!

Our officers and members wish to thank Township Manager Karen Weiss along with Council Members Karen Bramblett, Lynne Viscio, Nicholas Whitney, Kristen Leonard, and Aaron Nelson for all of their support and assistance the last several months in working with company representatives to pass this ordinance!
